My quick boot redo22 viewsI bought these cheap garb/fighting boots for $34.99 from www.renaissancewear.net. Both Ken and Matt admired them, so I posted the pic here. They originally came with lacing that was difficult to tie. About 10 minutes worth of work added the straps and buckles and made them much better. They come in black as well (and would look sweet black with red Squire straps and brass buckles). http://www.costumesofnashua.com/ also offers an identical one-strap shoe.
